As an Event Management Volunteer, you will support the planning and execution of workshops and meetups. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating with venues to confirm room setup, A/V needs, and day-of logistics

  • Managing speaker and facilitator communications, including confirmations and materials collection

  • Building and maintaining event timelines, run-of-show documents, and volunteer assignments

  • Supporting attendee check-in, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours/week leading up to events
