January–April 2026April: 16 Upskillers
The Health Systems build cycle came to a close on the Upskilling Summit. 16 Upskillers showcased their work on the Care Clarity and Health Pass projects, and set the stage for the kick-off of the Energy and Climate build cycle.
The Upskillers are the stars, but they didn’t get there alone. Mentors and volunteers organized dozens of events, mentors held office hours, our very own DC Public Library welcomed them in beautiful spaces week after week, and an entire community cheered them on.
March: 3 Projects
Pod members refined problems and decided on solutions to build. These planned solutions were presented at Meet the Projects.
February: 6 Pods
Pod (research community) members researched, explored, and shared their research areas at Meet the Pods.
January: 23 Problem Statements
It all started with 23 problem statements.
