Pod Moderators

The Pod Moderator (Poderator) provides structure and supports teams during the build cycle. Their role is to maintain clarity of purpose, healthy working dynamics, and steady progress within a Pod, without directing work, outcomes or owning solutions. The volunteer in this role encourages Upskillers to complete weekly check in forms. Communicates with other volunteers about participants' needs and feedback.

Time Commitment: 2 hours/week (via Slack and virtual meetings)
