The Pod Moderator (Poderator) provides structure and supports teams during the build cycle. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining clarity of purpose, healthy working dynamics, and steady progress within your Pod, without directing work, outcomes, or owning solutions

  • Encouraging Upskillers to complete their weekly check-in forms consistently

  • Communicating participant needs and feedback to other volunteers on the team

Time Commitment: 2 hours/week (via Slack and virtual meetings)
